Potholes can form in any weather, but they seem to appear more frequently during the winter months after a period of ice and snow. They can rapidly appear and spread into a bigger issue just as fast. Luckily Allocco Sealcoating can help!

 The intrusion of moisture into asphalt accelerates deterioration.  The longer the foundation of your asphalt is being compromised from the elements the worse off you'll be.  

We offer all types of asphalt repair services from weather its a small pothole repair to complete parking lot reconstruction. 

STEP 1: A member of our team will come look at the compromised asphalt area, give our honest and knowledgeable assessment, along with a quote for the repair. 

STEP2: We sawcut the perimeter of the damaged asphalt to be repaired with a demo saw to define the edges and prevent further spread of the deteriorated asphalt. 

STEP 3: We excavate and cart away the old asphalt, add virgin aggregate, apply a minimum of 3" of new HOT MIX I-5 commercial grade asphalt, Roll/Plate tamp for proper compaction, and hot tar all edges where sawcut to create a watertight seal.
